This is a fully coached senior session based at Oundle pool .
Our sessions are designed to improve your technique through a mixture of drills and form focus. The main sets continue the technique focus but also take into account a swim fitness build through speed and distance work.
We also integrate open water skills into the program.
Our sessions are designed to be suitable for all as we adapt it based on ability and fitness within the lanes.
We do ask that all those taking part can swim 100m front crawl.
