Coached session at Tallington Lakes. Pre-swim run session, then get changed for a 1 hour swim.
Payment on site to the venue, £8.50pp. Parents can also swim.
Towfloat mandatory. Waiver to be completed (online or on-site) for those who haven't swum at Tallington before.
Participants have to be confident swimmers, able to swim 50m.
