This is a fully coached session based at Oundle pool.
This session is a bit of Christmas fun with team relays. Join us for an enjoyable last swim session of the year!
Please bring fins, paddles, pull buoy and a clean t-shirt.
We do ask that all those taking part can swim 100m front crawl.
