This is the first race of the year comprising a 400 metre swim & a 5 km run.
Transition will be open from 0745hrs. Race Briefing: 0750hrs. Race start planned for 0800hrs. Start will be mass / time trial dependent on entry numbers and will be confirmed at race briefing.
Event description:
Swim: 400m. 16 lengths of 25m pool. Transition will be at your choice of inside or outside the pool. Please note that all running shoes must be put on once you are outside the pool building.
Run: 5km. Out to Glapthorn via the Fire Station exit of Oundle School. At Glapthorn turn and retrace steps going past Fire Station and returning into Oundle School via Milton Road to finish.
